Travel Consultant - Airlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve defined sales targets by building strong rapport with clients.
• Provide accurate travel counseling regarding flight options, routings, fares, itineraries, and travel requirements.
• Perform expert ticketing using GDS (Sabre preferred), low-cost carrier portals, B2B Airline Consolidators, or Airline NDC Portals.
• Stay current on global travel restrictions, passport, visa, and health requirements to ensure compliance.
• Foster long-term client relationships through professional and tailored travel solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system, with a strong preference for Sabre.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency, specifically in international airline ticketing sales and operations.
• Fluency in Tagalog.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously with high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Office 365, and various online booking platforms.
• Personal travel experience that enhances your ability to counsel clients.
