• Experience: 2-5+ years in corporate travel management, a travel agency.
• System Proficiency: Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre or any travel related software
• Must be well versed with Ticketing, hotel bookings and must have the ability to advise and guide customers with end to end travel options.
• Mut be fluent in English and Tagalog.

• Coordinate and book travel itineraries for corporate clients ensuring cost efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of travel policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide real-time support and problem-solving for travel-related issues globally.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to confirm bookings.
• Be a point of contact for travel advisories and notify clients of potential disruptions.
• Compile and analyze travel data to provide detailed reports and insights.
• Negotiate with travel vendors for better rates and service agreements.
• Provide guidance to clients on travel visa requirements and application processes.
• Stay updated on global travel trends and security risks to inform clients accordingly.
• Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations swiftly and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new travel policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role for corporations.
• Extensive knowledge of travel booking software and reservation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently, especially under pressure or unforeseen situations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple travel itineraries simultaneously.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and client needs.
• Understanding of global travel trends and legal travel requirements and restrictions.
