Sales Executive @ ESM Dubai

ESM is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role exists to grow corporate revenue across ESM's venue and programme portfolio through proactive outbound business development, building a pipeline of corporate clients for venue hire, employee wellness programmes, corporate sports days, and partnership packages.

The successful candidate will drive new business by proactively reaching out to corporate clients, generating leads, booking meetings, and closing sales, while working closely with the Sales Manager on pricing and contracts.

Key Objectives

• Build and convert a proactive outbound pipeline of corporate clients across the UAE and Qatar.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by the Head of Sales.
• Position ESM's full venue and programme ecosystem, not individual facility slots, in every corporate pitch.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and reporting to support forecasting.
• Grow existing corporate accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Essential

• 2–4 years' experience in a target-driven, outbound B2B sales role (sports, events, hospitality, or venue/facility sales strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of, or genuine interest in, the sports, fitness, and events industry.
• Demonstrable track record of prospecting, pitching, and closing new corporate business.
• Confident and consultative communicator, comfortable with cold outreach and executive-level conversations (HR, Facilities, Procurement, CSR contacts).
• Working knowledge of a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline and activity management.
• Contract drafting, negotiation, and basic commercial acumen.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Existing network of corporate contacts in the UAE and/or Qatar.
• Experience selling into corporate or B2B accounts.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
