House Manager job (M/F) in Emirates Hills, Dubai, UAE

A lovely family relocating to Dubai in September are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organised House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of their private residence in Emirates Hills.

This is a key leadership role for someone who understands high standards, discretion, staff management, and how to run a polished family home efficiently.

Responsibilities

Household Operations

• Oversee all daily household operations across the property
• Ensure the home is maintained to exceptional presentation standards at all times
• Create and manage cleaning, maintenance, and staff schedules
• Implement systems and routines for efficient household management

Staff Management

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the household team
• Delegate daily duties and monitor performance
• Conduct training and maintain service standards
• Manage rotas, attendance, and onboarding of new staff

Family Support

• Coordinate family schedules, appointments, and household logistics
• Prepare the home for guests, events, and family arrivals
• Liaise with schools, tutors, contractors, and suppliers
• Assist with travel planning and staff travel arrangements

Budget & Administration

• Manage household budgets and petty cash
• Track expenses and procurement
• Maintain household inventories
• Create reports, manuals, and operating procedures

Property Oversight

• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance
• Supervise contractors and external service providers
• Ensure security systems and household equipment are functioning correctly

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a House Manager or similar role
• Previous private household or UHNW family experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Trustworthy, discreet, and polished presentation
• Strong computer and administrative skills

Work conditions

• Work Schedule: 6 days of work per week with 1 day off.
• Location : Emirates Hills Dubai, UAE
• Start Date : November 2026

AED 15,000 to 30,000 p/m depending on experience
