Production Supervisor

- Ensure steady flow of production activities for all the lines to produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.
- Labour resourcing an absence management, Ensure optimal machine utilization.
- Utilize the staff and equipment in a manner which will not jeopardize safety or quality (compliance with SHEQ set parameters)
- Initiate, recommend, Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality. relocating tasks or rescheduling productions where necessary.
- Develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency,
- Overseas sanitation of facilities and ground as plant sanitarian, supervises & trains sanitation staff in frequency, and method of cleaning
- Audit GMP practices, recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during work.
- Control the movement of raw material and the finished goods at the shop floor.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- At least four years’ experience in a food production environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP/ Food Safety
