The organization is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Early Career) to join its remote-first team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in building a long-term career in customer success within a high-growth SaaS environment.
The position offers exposure to customer strategy, product adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams, with strong opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Customer Success Managers in driving customer outcomes and product adoption
• Understand customer goals, workflows, and success metrics
• Assist in creating and executing customer success plans
• Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
• Identify risks, handle objections, and support issue resolution
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve customer experience
• Help track and support Net Revenue Retention (NDR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) targets
