The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Analyst role will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in the banking sector specifically within the Islamic Banking domain. You will lead end-to-end business analysis for core banking transformation initiatives requiring deep functional expertise in Sharia-compliant products such as Murabaha Ijarah Mudarabah and Tawarruq . Your primary focus will involve bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting requirements conducting impact assessments and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes. While strong hands-on experience with Flexcube is mandatory candidates with exposure to Finacle or large-scale core banking migrations will be highly valued. This position demands a proactive detail-oriented professional with a degree in Finance or IT who can navigate complex regulated environments and drive successful project outcomes through the full lifecycle from initial requirement definition to UAT support.

Platform Proficiency: Direct experience with Flexcube is essential; Finacle architecture knowledge is a significant Value Add.
