Description:

Delma Exchange is seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Professional to join its UAE team. The successful candidate will focus on providing strategic foreign exchange solutions to corporate clients while developing new business opportunities through a consultative and relationship-focused sales approach.

The role involves managing corporate client relationships, understanding their foreign exchange requirements, and recommending suitable solutions. The successful candidate will also contribute to business growth by identifying new prospects and expanding services among existing clients.

This position is ideal for a proactive, target-oriented professional with strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, risk management, and hedging strategies. Corporate sales experience within a UAE exchange house is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

• Understand clients’ foreign exchange requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients to generate new business.

• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.

• Stay informed about foreign exchange regulations, economic indicators, and market developments.

• Support clients with suitable currency risk-management and hedging solutions.

• Prepare and deliver presentations covering the company’s products and services.

• Monitor key performance indicators and work toward sales, revenue, and client-retention targets.

• Coordinate with Corporate Sales, Settlement, and Compliance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the foreign exchange market.

• Corporate sales experience within a UAE exchange house is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, risk management, and hedging strategies.

• Proven sales performance with the ability to achieve revenue targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and target-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
