BPO Executive
Job Description
We are currently hiring a BPO Executive to join our customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy communicating with customers and delivering outstanding service. Freshers can apply, and training will be provided for suitable candidates.
The BPO Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions through phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting company performance standards.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update system information
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Meet daily productivity and customer service targets
Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
