Daima, believes every customer deserves a premium experience. Looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join this growing team and help create memorable gifting and chocolate experiences across the stores.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide customers in selecting chocolates, dates, Arabic sweets, and premium gift boxes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Daima’s luxury brand.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and product recommendations.
- Handle POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales (premium food, chocolate, luxury retail, or hospitality is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented.
