Sales Associate – The Grove Abu Dhabi. The Client Advisor represents the brand to customers and presents its philosophy from product design to boutique display. The role requires a polished appearance, polite and helpful disposition, and attentiveness to both customers and colleagues. The advisor participates in store activities under the Store Manager, ensuring product knowledge, visual presentation, and inventory administration support a unique customer experience.

Responsibilities

For the role of Sales Associate, we are seeking a candidate who combines professional expertise and enthusiasm with courteous and helpful communication skills. A candidate who is careful to illustrate the signature quality of the workmanship and materials, to be able to guide the client through the style of the brand and the seasonal proposals, maintaining the discretion of the company philosophy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants should be fluent in English and have gained previous experience in Retail. It is essential that applicants possess the ability to demonstrate willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from all over the world and that they are passionate and keep abreast of both standards and trends in fashion.
