Senior Social Media Manager - French Fluent

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced content builder to own and grow Paradox's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. The role requires building, shipping, and optimizing content personally, using AI tools to multiply output.
Full‑time, remote or Dubai office; French and English fluency required.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship content daily: cut shorts/reels, write hooks and captions, and post directly.
- Own channels end to end: calendar, posting, community replies, performance tracking.
- Proactively test hooks, formats, and posting times; iterate quickly.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for editing, captioning, repurposing, and pipeline development.
- Analyze native platform analytics and GA4; prioritize impactful metrics.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to circulate winning angles into new formats.
Key KPIs you’ll own: follower growth rate, engagement rate, views‑to‑follow conversion, X posts shipped per week.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in social media management or content creation in a fast‑moving brand or creator context, or a self‑taught portfolio proving consistent output and growth.
- Portfolio showcasing reels, shorts, and measurable growth.
- Daily use of advanced AI tools for editing, captioning, or automation.
- Comfortable on camera or directing talent if needed.
- French: Native/Bilingual; English: Fluent for written and spoken communication.
