The Marketing & Client Engagement Director defines Balenciagas client & communications strategies:Cultivates media relationships oversees PR initiatives and manages VIP partnerships to drive impactful engagement across digital print out-of-home and influencer channels. This role shapes the brands regional presence by aligning messaging with strategic market insights and trends.
Leading the adaptation and execution of global client engagement strategies the role ensures alignment with the regions unique close collaboration with the Retail Managers and Store Managers it drives client acquisition retention and elevation through personalized events gifting programs and omnichannel initiatives. Additionally the role oversees CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience foster deeper connections and reinforce brand loyalty through tailored interactions. Strong cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners ensures seamless execution of client-focused projects while maintaining the highest standards of service and engagement.

Media & PR Performance
- Quality of media coverage and strength of media relationships.
- Success of PR campaigns based on media reach brand engagement and sentiment.
- Impact of VIP and KOL initiatives on brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Effectiveness of media buys measured by ROI across print outdoor and digital placements.
- Strength of regional partnerships and sponsorships.
- Timeliness and accuracy of PR reporting with actionable insights for strategy optimization.
Client Engagement & Retail Impact
- Growth in customer base and improved retention metrics.
- ROI of client activations engagement initiatives and events.
- Customer satisfaction and positive feedback from both clients and retail teams.
- Accuracy and consistency in reporting data analysis and segmentation.
