Tiger Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts Department. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career accounting professionals who are eager to build their expertise in a professional and fast-paced working environment.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, assist with reconciliations, and contribute to the preparation of financial reports. The role offers valuable exposure to core accounting functions and provides excellent opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions within the accounting system
• Assist in preparing journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist during internal and external audit activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
