Head Chef — Turkish Cuisine / Saudi Arabia event

This position is for a Riyadh Season Event — a high-profile, large-scale seasonal entertainment and hospitality event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running on a 6-month contract basis. A restaurant group participating in the event is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen for an authentic Turkish cuisine concept, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations and menu execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and authenticity of Turkish cuisine
Develop and refine menus reflecting traditional Turkish culinary techniques and flavors
Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen budget
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
Collaborate with restaurant management on new dish development and seasonal offerings

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef, with a strong background in authentic Turkish cuisine
Deep knowledge of traditional Turkish culinary techniques and ingredients
Strong leadership and kitchen management experience
Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
