Assistant Restaurant Manager — Turkish Concept / Saudi Arabia Concept

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Type: 6-Month Contract
This position is for a Riyadh Season Event — a high-profile, large-scale seasonal entertainment and hospitality event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running on a 6-month contract basis. A hospitality group participating in the event is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations for a Turkish-concept restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure service standards are met
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Help maintain the Turkish dining concept and guest experience
- Step in to manage operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong guest service and team leadership skills
- Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
