ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop manage and update detailed 3D BIM models for architectural designs ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural MEP and construction teams to integrate and coordinate architectural elements.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation shop drawings and schedules derived from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues to ensure the seamless integration of architectural components with other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with GCC-specific building codes standards and project specifications in all architectural BIM deliverables.
• Participate in project coordination meetings to discuss and resolve design and modeling challenges.
• Utilize BIM tools to optimize workflows enhance design accuracy and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Support the development of as-built models and documentation for handover and facility management purposes.
• Maintain adherence to BIM standards protocols and templates throughout all phases of the project.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling ideally from design consulting companies in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
• Demonstrated experience in working on GCC projects with familiarity with regional codes and practices.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles construction methods and material specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities with the capability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environment.
