Creative Producer

Overview
Flipper is the creator of Flipper Zero, a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. The team is currently building new products including Flipper One, an ARM-based Linux computer, and BUSY Bar, a smart productivity multi-tool.
Responsibilities
- Find external freelance videographers and editors to build a reliable roster
- Establish and maintain a stable weekly production cycle
- Work with the internal writers team on scripts
- Collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Strategist on generating ad concepts
- Oversee all filming by external videographers and internal team members
- Oversee all editing by external editors, reviewing cuts and providing detailed feedback
Requirements
- Ability to work within GMT+2 (±2 hours)
- 3+ years in a creative or content production role, ideally producing paid ad content
- Deep working knowledge of video production (framing, lighting, shot composition, pacing, and cuts)
- Proven track record managing freelance videographers and editors end-to-end
- Genuine interest in tech products and related content
