Call Center Agent

A dynamic company in Dubai is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth service experience. This role is suitable for candidates with good communication skills who enjoy working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer questions and provide clear information.
Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
Record customer details, requests, and call outcomes accurately.
Follow up on pending inquiries and service requests.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during every interaction.
Meet assigned service and performance targets.
Requirements
Good spoken English and communication skills.
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
