Talent Acquisition Advisor

At AECOM were seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our Early Careers and Emiratisation hiring initiatives across the Middle East. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent while contributing to meaningful national development goals.

In this dynamic role youll collaborate with hiring managers and strategic partners to build a futureready workforce. Youll also represent AECOM across universities government platforms and industry events helping to strengthen our brand and connect with highpotential talent from across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction : Source screen and identify top candidates based on hiring manager requirements to support AECOMs diverse hiring needs.
• Candidate Evaluation : Conduct phone interviews to assess experience suitability for roles and setup interviews with hiring managers.
• Offer Management : Manage the job offer and negotiation process ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Emiratisation Support : Play a key role in achieving AECOMs Emiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.
• University Engagement : Represent AECOM at university career fairs to promote our brand and attract highpotential talent from UAE institutions.
• Talent Pipeline Development : Gain exposure to external talent partnerships through LinkedIn Dubai Govt HR Mawaheb NAFIS and university partnerships.

Qualifications :

1. Education  Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing or a related field. 
2. Experience   Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related HR function.
3. Mindset and Motivation   A strong desire to learn grow and actively contribute to AECOMs Emiratisation efforts through our Fursa Program.
4. Eligibility   As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law only UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book will be considered for this role.
