CURecruitment and Admissions Limited (part of the Coventry University Group) is building a new approach to student recruitment to achieve stretching student recruitment targets, while establishing strategies that position Coventry University Group as a dominant local, national and international recruiter.

The Role

This role will be based in the Gulf Region.

As a Regional Manager for the Middle East, you will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive regional recruitment strategy. This will involve collaborating across recruitment, conversion, and admissions teams within CURA to drive ambitious growth strategies, including direct interventions with a focus on agent management and partnership development.

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven candidate who can develop and execute a clear strategy, collate market intelligence, lead a sales team, ensure a return on investment, and inspire a wide range of stakeholders in pursuit of ambitious performance goals.

Do you have extensive experience of delivering against challenging sales targets in a complex, premium product range, ideally within an international student recruitment context?

As a Regional Manager, you will lead the growth and diversification of your region through multiple recruitment channels, including direct recruitment, agent and sponsor management, schools, FE, and HE networks. You will be responsible for increasing demand while maximizing conversion rates from leads to enrolment across Coventry University Group.

Your role will involve advising prospective students, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective performance across all recruitment channels.
