Commis 2 - Pastry

• Assist the Pastry In Charge Chef in the preparation of pastries desserts and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Execute pastry production tasks including mixing baking decorating and plating.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in the preparation and presentation of pastries.
• Monitor and manage inventory of pastry ingredients including proper storage and rotation of stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment; adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain proper personal appearance.
• Checking and refilling the buffet items.
• Pay attention to the safety security and energysaving rules.
• To avoid wastage of food items.

Qualifications :

• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to follow instructions
• Positive attitude
• Previous relevant work and hospitality experience.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations
