Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize class schedules across all locations, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Collaborate with department head to analyze class performance and implement schedule adjustments

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain up-to-date schedules in the Sentinel system

• Coordinate emergency coverage needs and resolve scheduling conflicts

• Support coaches and head coaches with leave requests, system queries, and assist with payroll and commission-related matters

• Maintain strong communication with the Club General Managers, Studio Experience Managers, and the wider management team

What you'll bring:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
