As part of its continued development in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee office administration, internal coordination, documentation and administrative compliance.

Job Description

The Administration Manager will be responsible for the effective management of day-to-day administrative operations and coordination between departments.

The position requires a highly organised professional capable of working independently in a confidential, structured and compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage general office administration and day-to-day administrative operations.
• Coordinate activities between departments and management.
• Maintain corporate records, filing systems and document archives.
• Monitor administrative documentation, licences, permits and renewals.
• Ensure proper filing and traceability of regulatory and corporate documents.
• Coordinate administrative requirements with HR, Finance, Logistics and Government Relations teams.
• Support management with correspondence, reports and follow-up actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate and employee information.
• Support effective use of company ERP and HR administration systems.
• Ensure administrative processes are performed accurately and within required deadlines.
