Role Description:

Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM and GIS models for infrastructure and traffic systems including roads utilities and corridors. Coordinates with planners and engineers to integrate design and spatial data resolve clashes and update models. Ensures compliance with BIM standards authority requirements organized documentation and timely delivery of coordinated drawings and outputs

• Prepare coordinated drawings layouts spatial maps and model-based documentation.
• Integrate survey data alignments corridors utility networks and GIS datasets into BIM models.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards GIS protocols and authority requirements.
• Update models and spatial data according to design revisions and traffic studies.

• Conduct quality checks on models maps and drawings.

• Ensures high accuracy in BIM models drawings GIS data and mapping outputs.

• Collaborates effectively with planners engineers architects and multidisciplinary design teams.

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Infrastructure Engineering Transportation Engineering GIS or a related field relevant to BIM modeling GIS and infrastructure design
