For our office in Dubai, we are looking for

BIM Modeler – MEP - 100% (m/f) 

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in BIM for building services projects, with a strong focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. They should be proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, capable of delivering accurate and coordinated BIM models, drawings, and documentation. The candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Support MEP engineers from concept design through to detailed design and construction stages. 
• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for MEP systems in accordance with project requirements. 
• Produce accurate layouts, schematics, sections, and detailed drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. 
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs. 
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation derived from BIM models. 
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards. 
• Participate in clash detection, coordination meetings, and model reviews using BIM tools. 
• Assist in quantity take-offs and extraction of data from BIM models. 
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and project specifications. 
• Maintain organized model data and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and strong drafting skills in AutoCAD are essential.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler or Drafter in building services projects. •
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks). •
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, codes, and coordination practices. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment. 
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
