Job Description

• Perform survey work under the direction of the Senior Highway Surveyor, establishing primary horizontal and vertical control points with accurate field measurements and calculations.
• Conduct pre-construction surveys to verify site conditions and support construction layout, staking, and setting out for roads, pavements, curbs, drainage, and utilities.
• Monitor and verify contractor work alignment, levels, and grading against design drawings, coordinating with the contractor's surveyor and Resident Engineer on discrepancies.
• Check all survey work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain survey equipment in proper working condition, perform calibration checks, and utilize modern GPS, total stations, and computer software for measurements.
• Prepare as-built drawings and maintain comprehensive documentation of survey records, reports, and maps for project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all survey operations and maintain accurate field books throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in civil engineering with 8 -12 years of experience as land surveyor.
• 3 years Diploma in relevant field with Equivalency certificate is mandatory 

Additional Information

• DM approval or RTA approval mandatory to apply with minimum 3 years' experience in UAE.
• Roads and Highways work expereince will be an added advantage
• Only UAE candidates will be preferred
