Hotel ERP Implementation Lead - Middle East

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a suitable candidate to work full-time with our Professional Service Team, managing the implementation of FortuneNext and FX Suite of hotel ERP solutions across the Middle East region. This role requires end-to-end project delivery responsibility including planning, coordination, client onboarding, training, issue handling, documentation, and project closure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation of IDS Next’s hotel ERP solutions (cloud & on-premises) in line with the Software License & Services Agreement.
• Prepare project plans, checklists, and milestones based on agreed deliverables.
• Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments as part of the pre-implementation process.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, onboarding sessions, and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, hardware suppliers, and internal teams for successful delivery of software and hardware.
• Deliver structured system training to client users of operational modules.
• Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal product/support teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, signoffs, and user acknowledgements for final handover.
• Record, classify, and resolve project-related incidents during implementation.
• Ensure issues are escalated and tracked through closure with clear client communication.
• Provide daily and periodic progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure all implementations follow internal SOPs, security guidelines, and compliance protocols.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle for audits and internal use.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Arabic speaking ability is a plus.
• Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
• Strong project coordination and multi-tasking ability under tight timelines.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of PMS solutions and hotel operations is a plus.
• Experience with MS SQL, Crystal Reports, and basic HTML is preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows applications and hotel IT infrastructure (servers, networks, POS systems) is a plus.
• Understanding of IoT integration in hospitality systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Hospitality Management.
• 2–3 years of experience in project implementation, preferably in hospitality or hotel ERP domains.
• Prior experience in implementing hotel management solutions and experience working across countries in the Middle East region is a plus.
