Director of Technology

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering organization
- Participate directly in software development through architecture design, coding, and technical reviews
- Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps excellence
- Own the cybersecurity strategy and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Oversee internal IT operations, SaaS administration, and infrastructure
- Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve clinical care and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years leading engineering teams or technology organizations
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health environments
- Proficiency with modern web application frameworks and API development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare technology experience
- HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 experience
- Telehealth or behavioral health platform experience
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience leading both Product and Engineering
- Experience deploying AI-powered solutions into production
