Director, People Operations, Data and Technology

Responsibilities
- Design and run the People team operating system, including planning cadences and process documentation
- Build accountability infrastructure to track progress and delivery across the team
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and growth frameworks
- Oversee talent management, performance calibration, and engagement survey cadences
- Build and maintain people analytics, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Lead corporate workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and manage people risk
- Set priorities for HR systems, automation, and AI enablement
- Act as the business owner for the HRIS and core people systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations, People Operations, or a related function
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for insights and forecasting
- Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and systems
- Genuine enthusiasm for and experience with AI and automation in HR workflows
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams
