As a Model Manager at Zstars Modeling Agency, you should be passionate about the fashion industry and have what it takes to manage a new modeling agency. If you fill the criteria below, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with fashion designers, brands, photographers, and other industry professionals.
- Seek out new opportunities and clients to expand the agency's network and generate business growth.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of photo shoots, including location scouting, model selection, styling, makeup, and logistics.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of photo shoots.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the fashion industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in model management.
- Strong network within the industry, including designers, brands, photographers, and other industry professionals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
