Full job description
We are hiring for an Entreprise Vault Admin for our client based in Dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Enterprise Vault environment, including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Implement data archiving, retention policies, and strategies in line with business and compliance requirements.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security within the vault.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Conduct software upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other departments to align archiving strategies with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Vault administration or similar archiving solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data management, storage solutions, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Certifications related to Enterprise Vault, data management, or related fields.
