A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining restaurant service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly service.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Communicate customer orders clearly with the kitchen and beverage teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests professionally.
• Handle customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform upselling of menu items, beverages, and special offers.
• Process customer bills and coordinate with cashier when required.
• Clear and reset tables after service.
• Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service procedures.
• Support team members during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Server in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Experience in Arabic cuisine restaurants is preferred .
• Good knowledge of menu items and restaurant service procedures.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (as per the vacancy requirement).
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
