Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator

Role Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator toexecute daily campaigns maintain customer data and prepare reliable reports The role focuses onexecution quality approval discipline and linking advertising spend to qualified leads bookings andsales

Key Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns and amendments in Meta Ads Manager within approved plans and budgets
• Check objectives audiences locations branches placements creatives links and contactdetails before publishing
• Monitor spend delivery and results daily and promptly escape abnormal spend weakperformance or errors
• Maintain accurate lead sources customer details and pipeline stages in the CRM
• Prepare recurring reports on spend leads qualified leads bookings and sales whereavailable
• Use Excel or Google Sheets for analysis reporting and change records
• Coordinate with Content Sales Call Centre and IT and support structured campaign tests
• Follow approval and confidentiality rules and never share passwords or verification codes

Required Qualifications

• One to three years of practical digital-campaign operations or related experience
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience and good knowledge of CRM lead tracking
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets reporting computer use and file organization
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures and deadlines
• Working proficiency in Arabic and English Automotive-sector or UAE-market experience is an advantage not a requirement

• Accurate campaign setup reporting and CRM lead-source completion
• Compliance with approved budgets instructions and deadlines
• Early detection of spend or tracking problems and improved lead and booking quality .
