We are currently looking for Senior Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis projects and driving process improvements for digital products and services.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools process modeling tools and project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMIPBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
