Personal Assistant

A private family based in Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional day-to-day support. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement between the family residence and remotely. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and experience supporting a private household or high-net-worth individual in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the private family.

• Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and personal commitments.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring priorities are met.

• Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders when required.

• Support the smooth coordination of day-to-day household and personal activities.

Requirements:

• Solid previous experience as a Personal Assistant.

• Experience supporting a private family or high-net-worth individual is preferred.

• Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

• Willingness to work a six-day work week with one day off.
