Description:

Desert Mirage is seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) – C-Level to provide professional executive support to senior leadership in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for an experienced executive support professional who can manage complex schedules, confidential information, and high-level administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executive calendar management, travel coordination, communication handling, and preparation of confidential documents and reports. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to C-Level executives and senior leadership.

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

• Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, executive communications, documents, and reports.

• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Prioritize urgent matters and ensure timely follow-up on executive tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.

• Anticipate executive requirements and provide proactive support to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-Level executives, senior leaders, or business owners.

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field (Estimated) .

• Excellent organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Arabic and English proficiency will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

• Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Confidential document handling, executive communication, and stakeholder coordination.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
