InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu and taking reservations
• Assure that each guest is made to feel welcome, comfortable and is served promptly, politely, and efficiently during all meal seating
• Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service
• Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service
• Assist the restaurant manager in all aspects of the daily operation of the restaurant
• Responding to complaints and help to resolve them
• Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and food, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage team operations, inventory, and financial tasks.
• Positive, approachable personality with a hands‑on leadership style.
