Land Surveyor

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measurements to establish accurate reference points and benchmarks.
• Perform topographic boundary and construction layout surveys.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data field notes and records.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted onsite.
• Coordinate with project engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.
• Interpret and utilize survey data to support construction activities and project requirements.
• Prepare asbuilt surveys and reports to document completed works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications local regulations and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations GPS and levels.
• Assist in resolving survey discrepancies and technical issues onsite.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Land Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying within largescale infrastructure or construction projects preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g. AutoCAD Total Station GPS and GIS).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
