Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

Shake, Stir & Shine: Master the art of mixology with flair, creating drinks that look good, taste amazing, and tell a story worth sipping.
Be the Show: Your bar is your stage. Keep the good vibes flowing all night long.
Know Your Potions: From signature cocktails to mocktails and classics, you’ve got the recipes, techniques, and instincts to make magic happen. ✨
Keep It Fresh: Stock, prep, and maintain the bar like a pro. You know exactly where everything is and what’s running low.
Safety First, always: Handle alcohol responsibly, follow hygiene and safety standards, and keep things clean, sharp, and on point.
Be Mama’s Ambassador: Infuse every pour with Mama’s energy, style, and story. Guests don’t just get a drink, they get the Mama experience.
