Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) - Remote Trades

SpartanX is seeking a recruiter to source electricians, apprentices, construction professionals, and skilled trades talent in a fully remote environment. You will manage multiple open requisitions, conduct phone screens and virtual interviews in English and Spanish, and build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize staffing, maintain ATS records and metrics, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding.
