Description:

A leading organization within the Gold & Diamond / Jewellery industry is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Order Management to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in supply chain management, order execution, and vendor coordination within the jewellery sector.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete order management process, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, vendors, logistics, and customer fulfilment. Applicants must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and a strong background in the jewellery, gold, or diamond industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order management and execution activities.

• Handle high volumes of purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

• Oversee supply chain, procurement, and customer fulfilment operations.

• Ensure order accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal process controls.

• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve order-related issues promptly.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.

• Support team performance, training, and capability development.

• Ensure effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP across daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Order Management.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Mandatory) .

• Previous experience within the Jewellery, Gold, or Diamond industry (Mandatory) .

• Proven experience in Order Management and Order Execution.

• Strong background in vendor coordination and product delivery.

• Experience managing large volumes of purchase orders.

• Exposure to procurement, customer fulfilment, or logistics coordination.

• Good understanding of order accuracy, compliance, and operational controls.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading teams and supporting capability development.
