Description:

Transworld is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is suited for finance professionals with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, compliance, and business analysis within a dynamic corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations, preparing management reports, overseeing budgeting and cash flow activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Experience in the warehousing or logistics sector will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

• Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Manage VAT-related activities and account reconciliations.

• Utilize Oracle ERP to support financial operations and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow management, audit, VAT, and reconciliations.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.

• Experience in the Warehousing or Logistics industry will be an added advantage.

• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Oracle ERP, VAT compliance, auditing, and account reconciliations.

• MIS reporting, financial analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
