**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct hands-on transaction monitoring and AML investigations within the UAE banking sector.
- Investigate alerts by cross-referencing KYC/CDD data, counterparty patterns, payment narratives, and geographic risk.
- Recognize and articulate specific AML typologies such as layering, smurfing, and trade-based money laundering.
- Write clear, well-evidenced investigation findings that meet QA and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a track record of stability in roles, avoiding frequent job changes.

**Your Profile**

- Minimum of three years of transaction monitoring and AML investigation experience in the UAE.
- Proven ability to investigate beyond the triggering transaction to build a complete picture.
- Familiarity with specific AML typologies and the ability to escalate alerts appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-reference multiple data sources.
- Ability to write documentation that stands up to scrutiny.
