Your Role

In this position you will take ownership of:

• Developing and implementing Finance strategies and Target Operating Models as well as optimizing end-to-end processes within the CFO organization working closely with cross-functional teams
• Designing modern Accounting Steering Reporting Enterprise Performance Management and Treasury solutions leveraging current analytics and data technologies (e.g. AI robotics)
• Implementing global Finance Transformation programs (incl. SAP S/4HANA) including Post-Merger Integration and Valuation and driving the targeted adoption of new technologies across the finance function

Your Skills and Experience

• Several years of practical project experience in the Finance domain with solid knowledge of Management and Financial Accounting or Treasury and a strong focus on structured analysis and execution
• First leadership or (co-)project management experience in transformation projects is desirable
• Technology skills such as SAP S/4HANA along with exposure to AI-enabled finance solutions are a strong asset
• Strong team spirit reliability and an entrepreneurial mindset along with the ambition to create impact within an international consulting environment
• Knowledge of relevant finance systems and applications (e.g. reporting and consolidation tools or treasury management solutions)
• Outstanding academic degree excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
