Sales Specialist (CFD / FX Industry Experienced)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial markets, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships .
Requirements:
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets .
- CFD & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management .
- Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with DFSA regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, trading platforms (MatchTrader, MT4, MT5), and lead management tools .

- Actively generate leads and convert prospects into active trading clients.
- Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.
- Educate clients about the risks and benefits of CFD trading while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
- Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings .
