Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Support Engineer to join its IT team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, endpoint security, and end-user support.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, manage user accounts, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.

• Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Manage Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID user accounts, password resets, MFA, and access permissions.

• Perform IT onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.

• Maintain endpoint security, antivirus, EDR solutions, software updates, and patch management.

• Manage IT asset inventory and equipment allocation.

• Handle ITSM / Service Desk tickets while meeting SLA requirements.

• Support conference rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, projectors, displays, and audio/video systems.

• Document technical issues and provide effective solutions to end users.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant IT Support or Infrastructure Support experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365.

• Experience supporting Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Experience with user administration, password resets, MFA, and access management.

• Experience with IT onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Experience with endpoint security, EDR, antivirus solutions, patch management, and software updates.

• Experience managing IT asset inventory and equipment allocation.

• Experience using ITSM / Service Desk ticketing systems.

• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and SLA-driven support experience.

• Experience supporting conference rooms, displays, projectors, audio/video systems, and Microsoft Teams Rooms is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate availability or up to a 30-day notice period are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:
