Marketing Graduate Trainee (UAE National)

As a Marketing Graduate Trainee in our Prestige division, you’ll play an essential role within our dynamic marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in the fragrance and makeup industry. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. You will work with iconic brands such as Burberry, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, and Davidoff.
This is a 12-month contractual role.
Key Responsibilities
- Market research & visits: Conducting market research to gather data on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Campaign planning and execution: Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations and social media.
- Product Launches: Support the launch of new launches, from concept development to post-launch analysis.
- Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to achieve marketing objectives & provide essential administrative support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for the fragrance & makeup industry and a keen interest in marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
