ServiceNow Platform Lead in banking domain

We have an urgent requirement for ServiceNow Platform Lead in banking domain (Preferred) is required for our banking clients in Dubai ,UAE
Lead ServiceNow CoE governance, demand intake, release planning, platform improvements, and align delivery with business, architecture, security, and operational objectives.--Must
Own governance frameworks, platform roadmaps, release calendars, health/risk reporting, operating procedures, compliance evidence, BAU transition, and knowledge transfer initiatives--Must
Must hold ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications, with strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, workflow automation, integrations, ServiceNow administration, and governance best practices--Must

Banking Domain --Preferred 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CoE platform governance, single-front-door demand intake, release planning and improvement under Digital Workplace ownership.
• Prepare management prioritization decisions; align delivery with process-owner outcomes, Enterprise Architecture and security.
• Govern capacity, vendor performance, partner augmentation and internal knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Service Operations, Observability and GRC
Required Skills :

• Proposed must-haves: hands-on ServiceNow implementation leadership;
• Demand triage, backlog prioritization, release/upgrade controls, access oversight, technical-debt management and performance reporting.
• Demonstrate regulated-environment governance and vendor management

Key Deliverables:

• Governance/responsibility model; demand intake and roadmap; release/upgrade calendar; health/risk reporting with manager-agreed measures; vendor controls and operating procedures.
• Retain control-ready evidence, agree BAU ownership and transition acceptance, document residual risks, and deliver partner-to-internal knowledge transfer and ServiceNow University graduate learning plans

Certifications

Proposed mandatory: current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), and ITIL 4 Foundation.

Preferred Tech Stack:
Preferred exposure to ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integration and workflow automation sufficient to govern design trade-offs. ITOM and governance/risk capabilities are desirable, not confirmed ADCB installations.
Tools / Platforms:
Hands-on ServiceNow administration, access/reporting and release tools; backlog/governance registers and approved documentation tools. Desirable: automated testing and source-control practices. Licensed modules and exact tools require confirmation.
