About Dubai Holding Group Services

Dubai Holding LLC’s shared business services arm that provides consolidated business solutions in procurement, finance and human capital across the Dubai Holding LLC group of companies.

Role

A 6‑month internship designed to provide hands‑on experience in transformation initiatives, value tracking and organisational improvement activities. The intern will support strategic projects, assist in monitoring transformation progress, contribute to value realisation frameworks and participate in process improvement and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role offers exposure to transformation governance, benefits tracking, performance analysis and organisational change management.

• Assist in coordinating transformation initiatives and workstreams.
• Help prepare project plans, progress trackers and alignment documentation.
• Support preparation of transformation reports and presentations for leadership.
• Assist in collecting, validating and analysing data from project teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking of milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Assist in documenting current processes, workflows and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in mapping sessions and basic rootcause analysis.
• Help in identifying gaps and recommending improvement options.
• Maintain organised records and transformation files.

Support daytoday project administration for the team.

Contribute to adhoc tasks as assigned by the Transformation & Value Realisation team.
